WARRANTY:
ONE YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY ON QUARTZ MECHANISM.
Keep your sales receipt. In the unlikely event your watch should require warranty service, email us at sales@wristrock.com to obtain an RMA number (Return Material Authorization).
Return product with RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton. WristRock will expedite your repair (or replacement), and return it to you freight prepaid. You will also receive a coupon for free shipping on a future order for your inconvenience.
All initial failures within 30 days of purchase will be replaced whether you bought direct or from one of our authorized dealers.
Any evidence of misuse, abuse, carelessness, or tampering will void warranty. These novelty watches are not intended for rugged applications. Keep your watch free from exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, shock, or water. Use care in putting on or taking off the watch so as not to bend the band fasteners or detach them from the leather strap.
SERVICE:
Service is to be performed by authorized WristRock technicians only. Any attempt to repair by unauthorized personnel will void your warranty.
